My name is Stephanie Calderon, but I guess you already know that. I’m 20 years old and a proud Latina. I want to prove  that I am more than just the statistic. I can do more than what people believe the stereotype of Latinos are.

I am a Junior at John Jay College, which has been my dream school since I was about 10 years old. And ever since I found out that I had an interest in Forensics, the two just added up. I researched John Jay and eventually I was completely hooked to this amazing school.

I am constantly changing my interests and hobbies. I tend to sing and draw, occasionally whenever the mood strikes, but my absolutely love baking, reading and writing. I love to make people smile with my food. I read like a maniac and with any free time I have you'll always see me reading. But most importantly, I write.

Writing is my way out, my release. So far I have written songs, poems, but my proudest piece of works are my short stories. It has been super hard and a long road for every story but for every story that I finished it was worth it in the end. I am also a book blogger and bookstagramer. I love to both read and write, and then decided to have some fun with so decided to go into writing reviews about the different books I read.
