She writes: "All in all, society will always have an influence on what we think of ourselves and what we see in the mirror at the end of each day. But it is up to us, as individuals, as members of society and as human being to be the change that we want to see in the world."

In her digital story entitled Keep Moving Forward, Nicole tells us a hopeful tale of how she will succeed. She tells us of her worries, but she assuages those worries with aspirations. She says: "'Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen' Hebrews 11:1. So what do you hope for? But one does not need religious faith to have hope. You just need faith in yourself. This proverb is what I live by because it’s a life lesson I learned the hard way. Just because things might not seem to be going your way at the moment, doesn’t mean things won’t turn out for the better and the way they’re meant to."
