Re-sizing Images to the Necessary Pixels
To re-size a JPEG on a MAC, do the following:
- Open the image
- Click TOOLS
- Go to ADJUST SIZE
- Change the right box so that you are working in pixels
- Make sure that the box is UNCHECKED where it says "scale proportionally" (you are forcing NEW parameters for width and height)
- Put in your desired pixels
- Hit OK!
To re-size a JPEG on a MAC, do the following:
- Click on your image
- Now open your image in PAINT
- Click on the RE-SIZING option
- Make sure you are working in pixels, not percentages
- Make sure that the box is UNCHECKED where it says "scale proportionally" (you are forcing NEW parameters for width and height)
- Put in your desired pixels
- Now save it!
Once you have saved your file, see if you like the way it looks now that you have skewed the image. If not, keep playing around and experimenting.
