El Cañonazo

El Cañonazo is a tradition in Havana, which symbolizes the closing of the port. Every day at exactly 9:00pm a blank cannon is shot. In addition, Cuban men dress like men did in the colonial era as well as offer carriage rides for touristic purposes, and there are  street vendors selling artifacts.Below are some pictures that were taken by me and other students, as well as a video that captures the moment the cannon is fired.
