The Brennan Center will host a panel discussion about the state of voting for the Latino community in 2014. What can Latinos around the country expect when they head to the polls this November? Speakers will include the National Institute for Latino Policy's Angelo Falcon, the NALEO Educational Fund's Julissa Gutierrez, Dominicanos USA's Jorge Mursuli, and the Brennan Center's Myrna Perez.
