           Project #3: Interview Assignment Guidelines

 

Background & Foreground: You should submit the third formal assignment, your interview, to bondeng201@gmail.com on 11/17 if we have class on Monday or on 11/19 if we meet on Wednesdays. Again, you have a choice about how you approach this assignment.

 

1. You can video record an interview of 5-7 minutes about your research topic that you are willing to screen for the class.

 

                                      Or

You are also required to submit a brief introduction, summarizing your interview as well as what the project will contribute to your overall paper. If you are going to complete the text version of this assignment (#2 above) then feel free to include pictures of your interview subject and also a shorter version of the kind of introduction that exists in the formatting example.

 

Grading Breakdown:

 

20 points: Introduction including summary of interview and influence upon final research essay.


20 points: Quality of questions, creativity in presenting the interview.
